Return & Refund Policy – GHIZER Manufacturing

Overview

At GHIZER, we are committed to delivering high-quality OEM and private label products. As a bulk manufacturer and B2B supplier, our return and refund policies are structured according to production agreements and contractual terms.

Due to the customized and bulk nature of our manufacturing services, standard returns are generally not applicable once production has commenced or goods have been delivered.

Clients are encouraged to review product specifications, samples, and approvals carefully before confirming bulk production.

Eligibility for Claims

We accept claims under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects verified upon inspection
  • Incorrect product specifications due to our production error
  • Damage caused during transit (with documented proof)

All claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment, along with photographic evidence and supporting documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom private label products produced as per approved designs
  • Bulk orders manufactured according to signed specifications
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Items returned without prior written approval

Refunds

If a claim is approved after inspection, GHIZER may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Partial refund
  • Product replacement in the next production batch
  • Credit adjustment toward future orders

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within an agreed timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund within the agreed period, please first check with your financial institution. Processing times may vary depending on banks and international transactions.

Exchanges

We replace products only if manufacturing defects are confirmed by our quality control team. Replacement timelines will depend on production schedules.

Shipping & Claims

To report a claim, please contact us before returning any products. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, shipping arrangements will be coordinated based on mutual agreement. Shipping responsibilities may vary depending on contract terms (FOB, CIF, etc.).
